Glad you feel better about the day..i understand..its hard to be alone
There is a way to make dolls from the hollyhock blooms. Have you ever done it with your girls? I can't explain it but there should be a tutorial online somewhere so you could show them. However they might be taking apart your hollyhocks for doll making if you show them. :)
I wanna fill my front yard with hollyhocks, lavendar bushes, chamisa, and sunflowers...
